No.148 Todoroki ravine (The only Metropolitan area ravine)

| The ravine which is overgrown with the green |
Todoroki ravine is the only ravine city of about 1 km which is situated on Southernmost Point of the Kokubunji cliff line in a ward and is the place of scenic beauty of Tokyo specification. Yazawa river is the one which the Kokubunji cliff line can have cut, the vertical drop of the plateau and the valley is about 10 m and in the ravine, spring water is seen in the everywhere. (From the Tokyo school board material) When visiting, it is astonished by the way of the transformation because it gets off the front of Todoroki station, it walks and the ravine in such a different world exists in the place in several minutes. "The ravine" which is genuine on the earth science, too, exists Tokyo 23 in a ward.
