No.38 Tama housing new town (Vol.2)

The first half of the 1980s
To attempt for the living environment to improve, a town house (the 低層
collective housing) was constructed to Tama NT. It is in the Suwa area
(1979) that a town house was built first in Tama NT and next, it was constructed
4 years later in Tsurumaki area. Also, the tenant was him from the inside
of the menu and the middle layer house by the menu-driven which contained
the free space to design, too, appeared.

The second half of the 1980s
When becoming in these times, the community building to have thought much
of the identity (being a personality and the seeming of doing the person
being) got to appear. The house which has another room (the free space)
which faced as called a house with "WAN" positive and was opened
appeared and the plan with a remarkable personality of the house which
is called a character plan became devised. Also, it introduced a master
architect system and the development which was designed by the design which
has a harmony, too, appeared in the whole town.
