No.8 Shinjujku sub center (Skyscraper town)

The Shinjuku high-rise complex is one of eight "newly developed city
centers" which was declared as the part of the city service of Tokyo.

of charge. It is the one to have gone to the observatory in this place
well when there was an unpleasant thing and wanting to look at the distance.
