| Gate city Osaki |
| At the city planning at Tokyo, it is one one of " downtown ( Tokyo.
It places )" which points to the area centered on Marunouchi in the
core business business district and seven pieces of "the newly developed
city center (Shinjuku, Shibuya, Ikebukuro, Osaki, Ueno and Asakusa, Kinshicho
and Kamedo, the Waterfront Subcenter)". Osaki is placed to utilize
land use's conversion of the factory vacant lot and so on at the one of
seven newly developed city centers and to form the base which was equipped
with the compound machine ability such as the business, the commerce, the
culture and the residence the nucleus of which was research and development
type industry. It is Osaki which doesn't have the image which was too much suddenly but two business areas (the compound development) of gate city Osaki exist with Osaki new City at the Ekihigashi mouth.
