No.136 Tokyo Metro (The privatization in the Teito Rapid Transit Authority)

The Teito Rapid Transit Authority privatized from April, 2004 and was reborn
to "Tokyo subway Inc.", popular name "Tokyo Metro".
To have been the mark which took "S" so far in the form was changed
into the one to have imagined Metro's "M" and this mark became
declared at the doorway and the vehicle of the subway.
Originally, it says to the word, "Metro", that there is not a
meaning, the subway, and of it metropolitan. It was only a meaning, but
because the subway in British London starts by the name, the metropolitan
railroad, it gets to call a subway by the word, Metro, in European every
country and it says that the meaning fixed. Even now, a word, Metro, is
used in Paris and Moscow. Way, in London, it is an underground and in America,
it is SUBWAY.
That it was easy to have a foreigner excursionist and so on grasp a position
as this Tokyo Metro was born, it decided to put "the station number".
This was already implemented one by subway in Korea and Seoul and was implemented
by the voice of Ishihara Governor of Tokyo who aims at international tourist
town "Tokyo". The alphabet becomes a railway name, e.g. the number
after that becomes a station number, e.g. Shibuya station in Ginza Subway
Line is condition, "G-01". Becoming of the station number specified
in the home station name signboard and at the railway guide map, the electric
bulletin board in the car and so on but it will be to be incorporated into
the travel guide book in Tokyo and so on, too, in the future and that 周知"SARETE"
goes to the tripper, too. Only, when putting the * mark of the railway
of the station number to have been specified at the entrance (partial at
the exit stairs) of the subway which is in the ground ideally, too, it
seems whether or not not to be easy-to-understand with the tripper who

too, in Seoul
Way, the official name in the Teito Rapid Transit Authority was "Teito
Rapid Transit Authority". It is "KONOYOUNA" because it takes
back and the government office runs in imperial capital Tokyo in the subway
company which was managing Ginza Subway Line. It became a name but it associates
so far in militarism Japan. It is in Japan which excluded one having to
do with militarism after the war completely in the place where the word,
"the imperial capital", has continued to grow continously secretly
and it feels something mysterious. "The imperial capital" is
a meaning, the city which has an imperial palace.
