No.76 Skylounge which a floor rotates (Yurakucho)

There is a Tokyo traffic hall on the side of Ginza in Yuurakuchou station.
There is Tokyo passport section Yurakucho branch in the 2nd floor and it

floor. This sky lounge becomes circular and the floor is turning slowly
