Yurakucho "ITOCiA"

Yurakucho "ITOSIA" is the facilities which were finally (Heisei 19) opened in October, 2007 since fixing a city planning in 1980 by the redevelopment business (about 1.5 ha) (Showa 55) which was built as the 1st area first class urban area redevelopment project in front of Yuurakuchou station. Yurakucho "MARUI" and "ITOSIAHU-DOABENIYU-", "ITOSIAPURAZA" which has a restaurant and so on, the cine canon movie theater of the mini theater type and then equal to or more than the 10th floor the upper class floors are the compound development which the office moves into. Before this redevelopment was done, it was the area which is forming a business district with the small building crowding (No.161 "1st area urban area redevelopment project in front of Yuurakuchou station (usual appearance)"). The crispy doughnut of the topic, too, was included in the basement now and became the national event line of the wait immediately for equal to or more than 1 hour. It becomes possible through "ITOSIA" with the completion of this redevelopment to pull out Marion from Yuurakuchou station and the way to Ginza became more delightful.

The appearance of JR Yuurakuchou station (the central exit) doesn't change at all.
Scenery opposite to this photograph is completely changed.
